Child Safety Standards Policy – Flatto

At Flatto, we are committed to providing a safe environment for all our users. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward the sexual exploitation or abuse of children.
1. Our Commitment
We strictly prohibit the use of our platform for any activity involving Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
2. Prohibited Content and Behavior
We do not permit the following on our platform:
Any form of CSAM (any visual or digital representation of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct)
Any content, language, or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children
Grooming, sextortion, or any attempt to initiate inappropriate contact with or regarding minors
3. Enforcement and Moderation
We employ a combination of automated detection tools and human moderation to identify and remove prohibited content.
Immediate Action: Any content or user account found to be involved in CSAE will be permanently banned from our platform.
Reporting to Authorities: We comply with all applicable child protection laws. Confirmed instances of CSAM will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant local law enforcement agencies.
4. In-App Reporting Mechanism
We empower users to maintain a safe community by providing easy-to-use reporting and blocking tools.
From the Home Screen: Tap the Flag Icon at the top right of the swappable card. Choose either Report User or Block User.
To Report: Select "Report User," choose the reason, and tap the Report button.
To Block: Select "Block User" and confirm your choice.
From a User Profile: Access Report and Block options directly from any profile screen.
From the Chat Screen: Tap the three-dot (⋮) icon at the top right corner to access reporting and blocking features.

5. Review and Action
All reports are reviewed by our administration team. Appropriate action, including permanent bans for serious violations, will be taken to ensure user safety.
